Robert commenced his Insurance career in 1976 with a Lloyd’s Broking House, specialising in Marine and Non Marine Reinsurance. Established his first Head Hunting Company in 1997. With his wide network in both the City and International Insurance circles, Robert has enjoyed success in filling a good number of prestigious positions for both underwriters and brokers.

Charles is an experienced negotiator handling various aspects of insurance and representing the Company in its high level relationships within the North American and International Markets.

Pam is a specialist in North American Liability Insurance and brings with her over 15 years service on both the broking side of the Lloyd’s and International Insurance Markets.
